I see that fresh note always circulate in BLACK MARKET all the year without any fail but the customer have to pay premium when buy a single packet of fresh note. On the occasion of EID fresh note have more demand and all common people eager to arrange fresh note in order to giving eidi to their relative and well wishers but majority of the commercial banks are often tell they have not yet fresh note contact in couple of days.
My question from the GOVERNOR OF STATE Bank that fresh note circulate without any halt in open market but sales on good premium and why not same ration commercial bank to need their customers. But the question is State Bank of Pakistan print fresh note for usually circulate in banks but very selfdom the whole fresh note being distributed among commercial banks that is why the every common customers are complaining for what reason he or she does not enjoys a packet of fresh note, when he get a single or couple packet than the said bank branch demand to produce photo copy of NIC but when the said customer get fresh note from OPEN MARKET than NIC photo copy is not required but he or she pay premium.
If any one have no contact or source than it is very difficult for arranging fresh note expect buy from the OPEN MARKET by paying Premium. Without the support of some officers it become possible for circulation of FRESH NOTE in open market but the same way commercial banks demand or requirement do not consider the same way,
Make sure that those fresh note in open market never stop in any month but I never saw any bankers offer fresh note same way to their customers through out the year. See the difference and that is why common public force to approach OPEN MARKET for getting fresh note NOT for the purpose of eid or required for any other festival or daily uses.
No doubt those who are selling fresh note in open market earning bread which a one of source and other sources are sale of NATIONAL PRIZE BONDS, encashment of Prize Bonds prize at discounted.
