LOL ginny =) I went ahead and joined, what the heck! (turns out I know some folks over in the new orleans groups) and oh, I accidentally did the same exact thing with some reunion.com thing I got invited to. I'm just glad I'm not the only one who's done that. =)
It's the rainy season here, pouring right now-we have been getting abour 3-5 inches per day and are still below season average, a lot different that your area where a little rain would be welcome. Glad everything is working out in LA. We have no idea where we will end up. Have a trip planned next month to Texas-a USMC reunion in San Antonio and we are going to look over the hill country as a possible place to retire--then again we may just get a motorhome and bum around for a year or two.
Hi Ginny, good to hear from you. Things are a bit crazy here with budget cuts etc. We have put the house on the market as planned--hope to retire next May. Still riding the Harley, just wish I had more time. Jill is fine and also looking forward to retirement. Should you be looking for a home in SW Florida let me know.
